This account is a good option for the families of an inmate who is incarcerated for a long period, the hassle of daily funding the calling can be avoided by this service and you can receive all the calls you need to, multiple phone numbers can also be added to your account. You can set up this account with Securus Online. You will receive call from your inmates as long as your bill is paid in full by the due date, payment can be made through your Debit/ Card or from your Western Union account.
Securus Technology understands the privacy and security of inmates that is why they don’t provide any information on calling card status, balance or call connections to their friends and family members, if an inmate is experiencing a problem with their inmate calling card they need to contact their designated facility representative.
