Setting Up an Account

Go to web.ConnectNetwork.com/Get-Started-FDC to create an account online, or call (866) 732-9098 to set one up over the phone. You’ll fund the account ahead of time so the inmate can use the balance to place calls.

Customer Service Hours

ConnectNetwork/AdvancePay customer service is available Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 11PM EST, Friday and Saturday from 8AM to 1AM EST, and Sunday from 8AM to 11PM EST. Call within these hours if you need help with your account.

You Cannot Call Into the Facility

There’s no option to call RMC Work Camp and be connected with an inmate directly. All calls are initiated by the inmate from their end using the funded ConnectNetwork/AdvancePay account.

Does It Matter That This Is a Work Camp?

No. The phone system works the same whether the inmate is housed at RMC Work Camp or the main Reception and Medical Center institution, since ConnectNetwork/AdvancePay is a statewide FDC system, not something set up separately per building.
