What Is the NC OPI Search?

The NC Department of Adult Correction Offender Public Information (OPI) search is the state’s official database of everyone in NC state prison custody. What the Search Shows

A successful search result includes:

• Full legal name

Lumberton CI runs DOT road squad assignments, as well as maintenance and kitchen work assignments. Men on these assignments are housed and working at Lumberton CI. A person assigned to a road squad may be out in the county during the day but is still housed at Lumberton CI and will appear in the OPI search as being at this facility.
