Phone Calls at Herkimer County Jail

GTL

The Herkimer County Correctional Facility uses GTL for calls. People held can call family and friends through the system.

To set up an account, or for help, call GTL Customer Service on 877-650-4249.

Visits Are the Other Way to Talk

In-person visits run on Wednesdays and Sundays, at a time assigned to the person held.

When the Phone Line Is Quiet

Between calls, Pigeonly prints the letters you type and the photos you choose on your phone and mails them to the jail in Herkimer, so you need no printer, envelope or stamp.
