Cobra Banker Cash Machine

The Cobra Banker machine in the lobby takes cash, and credit or debit cards. You need the person’s facility ID number, or their full name and date of birth.

For cards, your driver’s license address must match the card’s billing address, or the machine will refuse it. Fees are charged by the machine’s company.

Money Orders by Mail Only

Money orders are accepted by mail only, never at the lobby. They are held 5 days before the person can use the money.

Access Corrections

Commissary funds can also go through Access Corrections, online or on 1-866-394-0490. Search by the person’s name under the Information tab.

Tablet Account

Add money to the person’s tablet account, or fund your own for messaging, at gettingout.com.

Bail

Exact cash, a credit card in person (with a fee), or online. Bring photo ID in person.

More Than a Commissary Balance

A Cobra Banker deposit or an Access Corrections payment covers commissary. A letter in their hands says something money can’t. Pigeonly prints one from your phone and mails it to Fort Edward.
