ODOC Digital Mail
ODOC Digital Mail is the fastest way to reach an inmate at DCCC. Letters sent to the following address are scanned and delivered electronically. Write the address exactly as shown on the envelope:
Envelope format:
[Inmate First Name & Last - Inmate ID #] Securus Digital Mail Center PO Box 223566 Dallas, TX 75222-3566
Digital Mail reduces the time between mailing and delivery and helps prevent contraband from entering the facility.
Physical Mail Address
Personal letters and photos don’t go here. ODOC sends only legal mail, business correspondence, and documents the person needs to sign to the facility itself. Write the address exactly as shown on the envelope:
Envelope format:
[Inmate First Name & Last - Inmate ID #] Dick Conner Correctional Center 129 Conner Road Hominy, OK 74035
If you are unsure whether an item should go through Digital Mail or the physical address, contact the facility at (918) 594-1300 for clarification.
JPay Photos and Messaging
JPay lets you send digital photos and short messages. Photos uploaded through JPay are reviewed before delivery. To send a photo:
Log in to your JPay account.
Select the inmate.
Upload the photo and pay the per-photo fee.
The inmate receives the image within 48 hours if approved.
Printed photos can also go in the envelope with your letter to the Securus Digital Mail Center. They’re scanned along with the letter, so the person sees a digital image on a tablet or kiosk, not the print itself. If they want a paper copy, they can order a color print on photo paper for $1 from their trust account. Photos smaller than 4 by 6 inches won’t scan, so print them on an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet first.
Books and Magazines
Books and magazines must come directly from the publisher or a recognized retailer like Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Softcover only; hardcovers are not accepted. The inmate’s name and ID number must be written on the inside cover. Used books and library discards are not accepted.
