JPay Photos and Messaging
JPay lets you send digital photos and short messages. Photos uploaded through JPay are reviewed before delivery. To send a photo:

The inmate receives the image within 48 hours if approved.
Physical photos are also accepted if they follow these rules: no nudity, violence, or maps; the inmate’s name and ID number printed on the back; no Polaroids or damaged prints.
Books and Magazines
Books and magazines must come directly from the publisher or a recognized retailer like Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Softcover only; hardcovers are not accepted. The inmate’s name and ID number must be written on the inside cover. Used books and library discards are not accepted.
