Phone Calls: TRULINCS and TRUFONE

You cannot call into FCI Three Rivers. The person calls you from a TRUFONE terminal inside. Calls are limited to 300 minutes per month and 15 minutes per call. Every call is monitored and recorded.

The person adds your number to their approved contact list through their TRULINCS account. Once your number is approved, they can call you during phone access hours. Make sure your carrier has not blocked inbound prison calls.

FCI Three Rivers does not use Securus, GTL, or JPay messaging. Those are state prison systems. Federal inmates at Three Rivers use TRULINCS and CorrLinks.
