Florida Department of Corrections facilities use Correct Pay to handle inmate deposits statewide. Deposit online at correctpay.com/florida, by phone at 855-836-3364, through the Correct Pay mobile app, or by mailing a money order. Funds are added to the inmate’s trust account and can be used for commissary and other approved purchases.
Go to correctpay.com/florida and create an account. You’ll need the inmate’s full name and DC number to locate their account. Enter your payment information and the deposit amount, then submit.
Call 855-836-3364 and follow the prompts to make a deposit using a debit or credit card. Have the inmate’s name and DC number ready before you call.
Send a money order made payable to the inmate, including their full name and DC number in the memo line, to:
FDC Inmate Deposits P.O. Box 25900 Bradenton, FL 34206-5900
Mailed money orders take longer to process than online or phone deposits, so plan ahead if the inmate needs funds by a specific date.
Deposited funds go into the inmate’s trust account and can be spent on commissary items, phone time, and other approved purchases. There is no separate deposit method for the phone system since it draws from the same trust account.
Deposit limits and account restrictions may apply, including holds related to court-ordered restitution. Contact the facility at 850-569-1958 if you have questions about a specific account restriction.
If the inmate transfers to a different facility, including from Jackson Work Camp to Jackson Correctional Institution or another FDC facility, their trust account balance typically transfers with them. Confirm the inmate’s current location using the FDOC Offender Search before sending a new deposit.
If an online or phone deposit fails, double-check the inmate’s name and DC number for accuracy. If the problem continues, contact Correct Pay directly at 855-836-3364.
