How to Send Money to Laurel County Correctional Center

ConnectNetwork: Phone Calls, Video, and Commissary

ConnectNetwork is the GTL platform that handles the inmate’s phone and commissary account at Laurel County. Here is how to deposit funds.

Step 1: Get the inmate’s jacket number. You need it to route your payment correctly. Find it in the JailTracker roster at laurelcountycorrections.org, or ask the inmate to share it with you.

Step 2: Go to web.connectnetwork.com. You can also download the ConnectNetwork app on iOS or Android.

Step 3: Create an account or log in. Use a valid email and your real name.

Step 4: Select Laurel County Correctional Center. Search by facility name or browse Kentucky.

Step 5: Choose the account type. Select PIN Debit (to fund calls and video visits from your end as AdvancePay) or Trust and Commissary (to put money on the inmate’s account for spending at the facility).

Step 6: Enter the inmate’s name and jacket number. Double-check both before confirming. A wrong jacket number sends money to the wrong account.

Step 7: Enter your payment and confirm. ConnectNetwork accepts debit cards, credit cards, and ACH. A service fee applies and is shown before checkout.

GettingOut: Tablet, Messaging, and Entertainment

The GettingOut platform handles the inmate’s tablet account, which covers messaging, photos, music, games, and other digital content. This is a separate account from the ConnectNetwork commissary.

Step 1: Go to pay.gettingout.com or download the GettingOut app.

Step 2: Create an account or log in.

Step 3: Find Laurel County Correctional Center and enter the inmate’s name and jacket number.

Step 4: Choose the Incarcerated Person Tablet Account and deposit the amount you want.

Step 5: Confirm. Funds are applied to the inmate’s tablet account.

Lobby Kiosk

A kiosk is available in the lobby at 440 Hammock Rd, London, KY 40744. You can deposit funds using cash or a credit card. Fees may apply. Hours follow the facility’s administrative schedule (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 10 PM), but confirm availability by calling (606) 878-9431.

What Happens If You Use the Wrong Jacket Number

A deposit to the wrong jacket number goes to a different inmate’s account. Contact ConnectNetwork or GettingOut customer support immediately if you catch the error. Corrections are not guaranteed, so always double-check the jacket number before confirming any payment.
