How Phone Calls Work at Winn

Call Limits

15 minutes per call — A warning tone plays before the call cuts off. If the conversation isn’t done, the inmate can call back immediately (subject to available call time).
300 minutes per month is the typical Louisiana DOC allotment. Inmates on certain disciplinary statuses may have reduced monthly limits.
