What the Search Shows

  • Every piece of mail through TextBehind

What Each Field Means

  • Name: Full legal name as recorded by NC DAC.
  • OPUS Number: The unique state ID assigned to each person in NC DAC custody. Required for all deposits, mail, and visitor applications.
  • Current Facility: The prison where the person is currently housed. Confirm this reads “Warren Correctional Institution” before visiting or sending anything.
