How Video Visitation Works

Tri-County Regional Jail uses JailATM for all inmate visits. There are two ways to connect:

Onsite: Go to the jail at 4099 State Route 559, Mechanicsburg, OH 43044 and use the video kiosk in the lobby. Onsite visits are free. Bring a valid state-issued photo ID.

Remote: Connect from your home computer, smartphone, or tablet through JailATM.com or the JailATM mobile app. Remote visits are fee-based. Download the app on Android or iOS before your scheduled session and test your connection.

Step 1: Register

All visitors must register at JailATM.com before scheduling a visit. Registration is free.

Go to JailATM.com and create an account. You’ll need your contact information and the inmate’s name and facility. Registration goes through a background check. Allow time for approval before your first visit.

Step 2: Schedule Your Visit

After your account is approved, log in to JailATM.com and book a visit at least 24 hours before the session. Choose onsite or remote, select an available time slot, and confirm the booking.

Visitation hours at Tri-County Regional Jail are:

Monday through Friday	7:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday	7:30 AM to 2:30 PM

ID Requirements

For onsite visits, bring a valid state-issued photo ID. A driver’s license or state ID card is accepted.

What to Know for Onsite Visits

• Arrive a few minutes before the scheduled session time.
• Use the video kiosk in the jail lobby.
• Bring your state-issued photo ID.
• Do not bring bags, packages, or outside items into the visitation area.

Remote Visits

If you plan to connect from home, download and test the JailATM app on your device before the scheduled session:

• Android: search “JailATM” on Google Play
• iOS: search “JailATM” on the Apple App Store

Test your camera and microphone before booking. Remote visits are fee-based. Technical issues on the visitor side do not qualify for refunds.

All Visits Are Monitored

All video sessions, onsite and remote, are recorded and monitored by jail staff. Do not discuss anything you would not want staff to hear. For attorney-client or professional visits, call (937) 834-5000 to ask about separate arrangements.

Getting to Tri-County Regional Jail

Tri-County Regional Jail is at 4099 State Route 559, Mechanicsburg, OH 43044.

From Marysville: Take SR 4 South through Milford Center, continue to SR 161, then follow to SR 559 and turn left. The jail is on the left at the edge of Mechanicsburg.

From Plain City: Take SR 161 to SR 559, turn left on SR 559 to the jail.
