ConnectNetwork (ViaPath) is an online and phone deposit service.

• Send online at connectnetwork.com, or through the ConnectNetwork app (search “ConnectNetwork” on Google Play or the App Store).
• Phone deposits: AdvancePay 800-483-8314, Trust account 888-988-4768 (use site ID 242), or PIN Debit 855-706-2445.
• Customer service: 877-650-4249, available 24/7.

Western Union is available online, by phone, or at participating retail locations.

• Pay to: Corrections Corp of America.
• Code City: TRUSTCCA. State: TN.
• Sender’s account: the detainee’s commissary number followed by their last name, for example 1234567SMITH.
• Phone payments: 1-800-225-5227.

Money Order by Mail

• Make the money order payable to the detainee, using their commissary number and full name on the “pay to” line.
• Mail to: CCA Inmate Trust, [Detainee’s Full Name and Federal ID Number], Facility: CIMAR, PO Box 933488, Atlanta, GA 31193-3488.
• Allow 10 to 15 business days to post.

What to Do If a Deposit Fails

1. Confirm the detainee’s full name, federal ID number, and commissary number.
2. Confirm you used Western Union Code City TRUSTCCA and State TN, or the correct ConnectNetwork deposit line.
3. Keep your receipt or tracking number.
4. Call ConnectNetwork customer service at 877-650-4249, or the facility at (918) 225-3336.
