Why There’s No Onsite Family Visitation

Cimarron Correctional Facility currently does not offer onsite visitation for detainee family and friends. CoreCivic confirms this directly: contact with a loved one happens through the mail, phone calls, or the detainee tablet system, not an in-person visit.

How to Stay in Touch

• Mail: Address letters to [Detainee Full Name and Federal ID Number], Cimarron Facility, 3200 S. Kings Hwy., Cushing, OK 74023.
• Phone: Set up a ConnectNetwork account at connectnetwork.com or by calling 800-483-8314.
• Tablet: Create an account at GettingOut.com/Create-Account for messaging and video visitation. Funds you add to the phone account also work on the tablet, and vice versa.

Legal Visits for Attorneys

Attorneys and other legal visitors can schedule contact with a detainee by calling (918) 225-3336 ext. 52225 or emailing [email protected]. Before your first contact, you’ll need to submit your identification and credentials for verification.

Legal call:

1. Provide the detainee’s name and federal ID number.
2. Provide a suggested date and time for the call.
3. Provide the phone number the facility should call.
4. A member of the detainee’s unit team will call at the scheduled time to verify your identity and the appointment.

Legal calls happen on staff phones, run up to 15 minutes, and are subject to monitoring.

Virtual legal visit (Zoom):

1. Provide the detainee’s name and federal ID number, plus a suggested date and time.
2. Host a Zoom meeting once it’s scheduled.
3. Email the Zoom Member ID and Passcode to [email protected].

Onsite legal visit:

1. Provide the detainee’s name and federal ID number, plus a suggested date and time.
2. On arrival, park in an available unmarked spot and check in at gate 2.
3. Bring only your car keys, identification, and documentation needed for the visit. Cell phones are not permitted inside.
4. You must be able to clear security and the metal detector.
