Grady County Jail uses Prodigy Solutions for both inmate phone calls and video visitation. Calls go one direction: the inmate calls you. You can’t call them directly. To receive calls, create an account at prodigysales.com and register the phone numbers you want calls on. Add funds so calls connect right away. Before your loved one can call you from Grady County Jail, you need a Prodigy account with your number registered. Here is how.
Step 1: Go to prodigysales.com. You can also download the Prodigy app if available on your device.
Step 2: Create an account. Enter your name, email, and a password. Use your real name as it will appear on incoming call notifications.
