Oklahoma DOC facilities use ODOC Digital Mail for general correspondence. Letters are scanned and delivered electronically to inmates, which reduces delivery delays. Physical mail is still accepted at the facility address for authorized items. Photos can be sent digitally through JPay messaging. Books and magazines have strict source and content rules.
ODOC Digital Mail is the fastest way to reach an inmate at JDCC. Letters sent to the following address are scanned and delivered electronically. Write the address exactly as shown on the envelope:

Digital Mail reduces the time between mailing and delivery and helps prevent contraband from entering the facility.
Personal letters and photos don’t go here. ODOC sends only legal mail, business correspondence, and documents the person needs to sign to the facility itself. Write the address exactly as shown on the envelope:

JPay lets you send digital photos and short messages. Photos uploaded through JPay are reviewed before delivery. To send a photo:
Printed photos can also go in the envelope with your letter to the Securus Digital Mail Center. They’re scanned along with the letter, so the person sees a digital image on a tablet or kiosk, not the print itself. If they want a paper copy, they can order a color print on photo paper for $1 from their trust account. Photos smaller than 4 by 6 inches won’t scan, so print them on an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet first.
Books and magazines must come directly from the publisher or a recognized retailer like Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Softcover only; hardcovers are not accepted. The inmate’s name and ID number must be written on the inside cover. Used books and library discards are not accepted.
All incoming mail is inspected for contraband and content that could threaten facility security. Inmates may lose mail privileges if prohibited items are found.
