Transfers from out-of-state accounts and non-NFCU cards may take 3 to 5 business days, while NFCU debit cards and local payments usually post within 1 to 3 business days.

Create a free account at jpay.com. Search for Mack Alford Correctional Center, enter the inmate’s name and ID number, and choose a payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Facility Kiosk
If you are visiting in person, you can deposit cash or use a debit card at the JPay kiosk in the facility lobby. The kiosk prints a receipt immediately.

JPay releases funds to the inmate’s commissary account once the transaction clears. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
JPay charges a small service fee for each transaction. Fees vary depending on the payment method and amount. The fee is shown before you confirm the transaction on the website or app.
Do not send cash by mail. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted. JPay is the exclusive commissary vendor for Oklahoma DOC facilities.
Once funds clear, the inmate can use them for commissary purchases such as snacks, hygiene products, and stationery. Commissary orders are typically processed once per week.
If a payment is stuck or rejected, check the tracking number in your JPay account first. Common causes include an incorrect inmate ID number or a card mismatch. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, contact JPay customer support.
