Lakin uses GTL / ConnectNetwork for both phone calls and video visits — same platform, same account. Calls go outbound only: she dials you. Video visits are booked on a schedule. Both require a funded ConnectNetwork account before the first connection.

Calls are outgoing only during designated free-time periods. Most calls run 15–20 minutes before automatic disconnect. All calls are recorded and monitored.
