including the signed and dated disclaimer. Incomplete requests will
not be processed.

I acknowledge and understand that:

This request is being made within 7 days of the end of the 45-day parcel storage
period.
"I acknowledge that in order for my request to be processed,
there must be at least 7 days remaining in the 45-day storage
period at the time of submission. If fewer than 7 days remain,
the parcel may no longer be available for return.

Pigeonly agrees to return a parcel by marking it "Return to Sender" and handing it back to USPS for processing through
their standard return-to-sender method.
- Pigeonly does not cover the cost of postage for returned
parcels.

Only the original physical parcel will be returned via
USPS.

Pigeonly is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail once the parcel has been handed over to USPS.

If I would like the parcel returned with tracking,
I must request it in advance and cover the cost of
postage. Pigeonly will handle the request separately once
payment is received.
