Citrus County Detention Facility, run by CoreCivic, offers three official ways to send money: depositing directly onto an inmate’s phone or tablet account through Securus, mailing a money order to CoreCivic’s processing center in Atlanta, or wiring funds through Western Union using the inmate’s commissary number. Each method requires slightly different information, so gather the inmate’s county ID or commissary number before you start.
Call 1-800-844-6591 or go to securustech.net to add funds directly to the inmate’s phone or tablet account. You’ll need the inmate’s county ID number to complete the deposit. If you need a refund from a prior deposit, call Securus at 1-855-273-7292.

Make sure the inmate’s commissary number is included so the payment is applied to the correct account.
Western Union transfers require the inmate’s first and last name (use only the first last name if they have a hyphenated last name) and their commissary number. Use Code City: TRUST CCA and State: TN when completing the transfer.
You can complete a Western Union transfer three ways:
At a Western Union location: Find the nearest agent using Western Union’s agent locator or by calling 1-800-325-6000. You can pay with cash or a debit card.
Through the Send2Corrections app: Search “Send2Corrections” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in with an existing Western Union account or create one. A credit or debit card is required, though you can also set up the transaction and pay later in cash at a Western Union agent using a generated tracking number (MTCN).
Online at send2corrections.com: Works the same way as the app, requiring a credit or debit card, or the option to pay later in cash at an agent location.
Over the phone: Call 1-800-634-3422 and select option 2. A credit or debit card is required.
Have the inmate’s full committed name and either their county ID number (for phone/tablet deposits) or commissary number (for money orders and Western Union) ready. If you’re not sure of these details, call the facility at 352-527-3332 to confirm before sending funds.
If you need to request a refund from a Securus deposit, call 1-855-273-7292 directly.
