Option 1: Deposit to a Phone or Tablet Account
Call 1-800-844-6591 or go to securustech.net to add funds directly to the inmate’s phone or tablet account. You’ll need the inmate’s county ID number to complete the deposit. If you need a refund from a prior deposit, call Securus at 1-855-273-7292.
Option 2: Mail a Money Order
Send a money order addressed exactly like this:

Make sure the inmate’s commissary number is included so the payment is applied to the correct account.
Option 3: Send Money by Western Union
Western Union transfers require the inmate’s first and last name (use only the first last name if they have a hyphenated last name) and their commissary number. Use Code City: TRUST CCA and State: TN when completing the transfer.
You can complete a Western Union transfer three ways:
At a Western Union location: Find the nearest agent using Western Union’s agent locator or by calling 1-800-325-6000. You can pay with cash or a debit card.
Through the Send2Corrections app: Search “Send2Corrections” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Log in with an existing Western Union account or create one. A credit or debit card is required, though you can also set up the transaction and pay later in cash at a Western Union agent using a generated tracking number (MTCN).
