Visiting Schedule
Luther Luckett holds in-person visits Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Which day a specific inmate can have visitors is determined by their housing unit assignment, according to the KDOC 2026 Visitation Calendar posted on the corrections.ky.gov website.
If you are not sure which day applies to your loved one, call (502) 222-0363 and ask staff.
Honor-status inmates receive expanded visiting: they may receive visits on both Wednesday and Friday, plus one Saturday visit per month. Inmates in 7-David housing visit on the second Saturday of each month; inmates in 7-Edward housing visit on the third Saturday of each month.
Special Management Unit (SMU) and restricted inmates have non-contact visits only. These must be scheduled one week in advance by the inmate, not by the visitor.
Arriving at the Facility
Entry to visiting is allowed no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and no later than 2:30 p.m. even though the visiting period runs until 3:30 p.m. Arriving at least 30 minutes before you plan to enter is recommended.
If you live more than 150 miles from LaGrange, you may request an extended visit. Contact the facility to arrange this before your visit.
