Haywood County Detention Center uses InmateCanteen for money deposits. You can deposit online at team3.inmatecanteen.com or in person at the cash, debit, or credit kiosk in the Haywood County Law Enforcement Center lobby at 1620 Brown Avenue, Waynesville. Commissary purchases are handled through Kimble’s Commissary Services at kimblesinmatedirect.com. Every deposit requires the person’s full name and booking number. Service fees apply. Do not mail cash.

Deposits typically post within a few hours. You’ll get a confirmation email when the deposit goes through.
There is a kiosk in the lobby of the Haywood County Law Enforcement Center at 1620 Brown Avenue, Waynesville, NC 28786. The kiosk accepts cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
At the kiosk, enter the person’s booking number and name, choose an amount, and pay. Service fees still apply at the kiosk.

There is no public online roster at Haywood County Detention Center. To get the booking number, call the front office at (828) 452-6768. You can also try the automated inmate information line at (828) 452-6670 and press option 1. A deposit without the correct booking number may not reach the right person.
Haywood County Detention Center uses Kimble’s Commissary Services to handle the actual commissary ordering process. Kimble’s website is at kimblesinmatedirect.com.
Money you deposit through InmateCanteen funds the person’s account, which they then use to purchase items from the Kimble’s commissary menu. The commissary typically includes:
The person inside places their commissary orders based on a set schedule. Orders are filled on designated days. Call (828) 452-6768 to ask about the current commissary schedule.

InmateCanteen charges a service fee on every deposit. The fee depends on the deposit amount and payment method. You’ll see the exact fee before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
If the person bonds out or is released, their remaining commissary balance is typically returned to them or handled per facility policy. If they are transferred to a state prison, call (828) 452-6768 before making another deposit to ask what happens to the balance.
