To find someone at Neuse Correctional Institution, use the NC Offender Public Information search at webapps.doc.state.nc.us/opi/offendersearch.do?method=view. This is the official, free search tool run by the NC Department of Adult Correction. It covers everyone in NC DAC custody, including people at Neuse CI in Goldsboro. Once you confirm the person is there, write down their OPUS number. You need it to send money, mail letters, and complete the visitor application.
Go to webapps.doc.state.nc.us/opi/offendersearch.do?method=view. Enter the person’s first name and last name. The search returns everyone in NC DAC custody matching that name.
