Why You Cannot Call In

You cannot dial Orange Correctional Center and get connected to a specific person. The facility phone system works the other way: the person inside uses designated phones to call your number. Your job is to make sure your number is set up and funded so calls connect when they come through.

Alternative: Fund Their Commissary Account

Video Visits Through Getting Out Visits

Orange Correctional Center offers video visits through the Getting Out Visits platform, operated by ViaPath/GTL. Video visits let you see the person face-to-face without traveling to Hillsborough.

To set up a video visit:
