Have your confirmation number ready when you contact support.
The facility may place a hold on an account in certain situations, such as court-ordered restitution or outstanding obligations. If a deposit is made but the person says the funds are unavailable, call the facility at (704) 216-8770 to ask about any holds on the account.
If the person transfers to another facility, funds may or may not transfer depending on the receiving facility’s policies. At release, remaining funds are typically returned to the person or disbursed per facility policy.
