General mail is scanned and delivered to the person’s tablet. Send it to:

What Scans Well

• No paper larger than 8.5 by 14, and no items smaller than 4 by 6.
• No staples or tape, no die-cut cards and no glitter.
• Avoid felt-tip pens, markers and crayons.

To get the original back, include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

What Still Goes to Little Valley

These go to 301 Court St., Little Valley, NY 14755:

• Legal mail
• Publications, sent by the publisher or a retailer
• Packages from approved vendors, such as Amazon or Walmart

Photos

Photos come only from print companies, such as Shutterfly or Walmart.com. No photos inside letters.

Clothing

White only, from a vendor: T-shirts without pockets or V-necks, socks, underwear, bras without wire and waffle thermals.

Board Games

New, and from a retailer. Nothing from Etsy or eBay.

A Typed Letter for the Tablet

General letters to P.O. Box 149 are scanned to the tablet, and photos follow the separate print-company rule above. Pigeonly prints a letter you type on your phone and mails it to that Clifton Park box, with no envelope or stamp to buy.
