Visiting Cattaraugus County Jail

Two Days a Week

Day	Hours
Tuesday	2:45 PM to 10 PM
Friday	7:45 AM to 3 PM

Book Online Only

Visits are booked online only, through the jail’s Calendly page at calendly.com/cattcojailvisit. Phone bookings are not taken.

• Sessions last one hour, and slots go first come, first served.
• Each person held can have up to two hours a week, as two separate sessions.

Check In 15 Minutes Early

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot, or the visit is cancelled. Sign in with your full address: a PO box is not accepted.

ID and Children

• Visitors 16 and over need ID showing their date of birth.
• Children under 16 stay with a parent or guardian at all times.
• Visitors 16 to 18 who come without a parent need ID and a notarized permission slip.

Two visitors per visit. A child on a lap does not count.

Security

Everyone passes a metal detector. Medical implants need proof from a doctor. Lockers cost a quarter, which you get back. Remove jewelry except wedding and engagement bands, and all piercings. No gum or candy.

Dress Code

• Shorts and skirts to the knee.
• No spaghetti straps or tank tops.
• No hoodies, coats or jackets.

In the Room

Keep hands in your lap. Clothing for the person held cannot be passed through visitation.

Five Days Without a Visit

Visits only run on Tuesdays and Fridays. On the other five days, Pigeonly turns a letter you write on your phone into printed mail and sends it to Clifton Park for scanning, with no stamp to buy.
