Packages From Sellers Only

Packages come by mail, straight from a business that sells and ships the items, such as Amazon, Kmart, Walmart or Barnes and Noble. The jail no longer accepts property at the lobby desk.

Every package needs:

• The sender’s complete address on the outside
• A written inventory of everything inside

What Can Come In

Up to five of each:

• Underwear or boxers (not both)
• T-shirts, short sleeve, no pockets
• Socks
• Bras without underwire (women)

Up to four in total of:

• Books (no hardcovers), magazines or newspapers
• Photos, with no Polaroids

No food or tobacco. Shoes, glasses and contacts need written approval from medical first.

Clothing Every 60 Days

White clothing can be mailed in every 60 days, new and sealed. People keep one extra set; older sets are released or thrown away.

What Gets Sent Back

Anything not allowed is returned at the person’s expense or destroyed.

Choosing Photos Under the Limit of Four

Photos share the limit of four with books, magazines and newspapers, and Polaroids are not allowed, so every print counts. Pigeonly prints the photos you choose on your phone as standard prints and mails them to McCarthy Dr.
