No Evening Visits
The jail used to offer evening visits. The Sheriff cut them to ease staffing, because overtime was often paid for few visitors. The report notes that the current hours still meet New York’s minimum standards.

Getting There
The jail is at 45 Bare Hill Road, Malone. Franklin Correctional Facility and Upstate Correctional Facility, both state prisons, are on the same road, so check the number before you turn in.
When Evening Visits Ended
