How to Send Money to Ohio Reformatory for Women

Sending Money via JPay/ConnectNetwork

Ohio Reformatory for Women uses JPay, which is managed through the ConnectNetwork platform.

Online:

1. Go to connectnetwork.com.
2. Create an account or log in.
3. Search for Ohio Reformatory for Women and select the inmate.
4. Enter the deposit amount and complete the payment with your credit card, debit card, or bank account.

Deposits typically post within a few hours. A service fee is charged per transaction and is shown before you confirm.

By phone:

Call GTL customer service at 800-231-0193. Have the inmate’s full name and ODRC number ready along with your payment information.

What Funds Cover

Money in the commissary trust account covers:

• Snack items and food from commissary
• Hygiene and personal care products
• Writing materials, stamps, and envelopes
• Approved electronics (MP3 players, tablets, etc.) if available at this facility

Commissary funds do not automatically cover phone calls on the ConnectNetwork system. Your phone account is funded separately.

Phone Account vs. Commissary Account

A common point of confusion: ConnectNetwork has two separate sides.

• Commissary deposits (JPay): go to connectnetwork.com and send a JPay deposit. Funds go to the inmate’s trust account for commissary.
• Phone credits: you fund your own ConnectNetwork account at connectnetwork.com and register your phone number. Charges come from your account when the inmate calls.

Troubleshooting a Deposit

If a deposit doesn’t appear on the inmate’s account within 24 hours:

• Log in to connectnetwork.com and check the transaction history.
• Call GTL at 800-231-0193 with the transaction confirmation number.
• Call ORW at (937) 642-1065 to ask if there’s a hold or processing delay.
