Stark County Jail uses GTL (also known as ViaPath and ConnectNetwork) for all inmate phone calls. To receive calls, set up an account at connectnetwork.com, register your phone number, and add funds. Inmates dial out from housing unit phones. You cannot call in to speak with a specific inmate. All calls are recorded and monitored. A ConnectNetwork account gives you control over costs and lets you see a call history.
