How to Send Money to Stark County Jail

Phone account deposits go through GTL/ConnectNetwork at connectnetwork.com. Commissary orders go through Keefe at StarkPackages.com. These are two separate accounts.

Overview

Stark County Jail uses two separate systems for inmate funds. Phone call charges go through GTL/ConnectNetwork, and you fund that account at connectnetwork.com. Commissary purchases go through Keefe Commissary, and you place orders at StarkPackages.com. Money deposited into a phone account does not carry over to commissary, and vice versa. Call (330) 430-3850 with questions about which account to fund.
