How do I send money to someone at Stark County Jail?
Use GTL/ConnectNetwork at connectnetwork.com for phone account deposits, or Keefe at StarkPackages.com for commissary orders. These are separate accounts.
Send MoneyPhone account deposits go through GTL/ConnectNetwork at connectnetwork.com. Commissary orders go through Keefe at StarkPackages.com. These are two separate accounts.
Stark County Jail uses two separate systems for inmate funds. Phone call charges go through GTL/ConnectNetwork, and you fund that account at connectnetwork.com. Commissary purchases go through Keefe Commissary, and you place orders at StarkPackages.com. Money deposited into a phone account does not carry over to commissary, and vice versa. Call (330) 430-3850 with questions about which account to fund.
Inmate phone calls at Stark County Jail run through GTL (also branded as ViaPath and ConnectNetwork). To receive calls or deposit funds for calls, use connectnetwork.com.
When the inmate calls your registered number, the charges deduct from your ConnectNetwork balance. You can also manage your account and add funds through the ConnectNetwork mobile app.
The Stark County Sheriff’s Office partners with Keefe Commissary for inmate commissary services. To place a commissary order:
Go to StarkPackages.com and browse the approved items available for Stark County Jail inmates. Select items, place your order, and pay by credit or debit card. Orders ship directly to the facility and go through inspection before delivery.
Commissary items include hygiene products, snacks, coffee, writing supplies, and other approved goods.
Money orders may be accepted by mail. Write the inmate’s full legal name and ID number on the memo line and mail to:
