Why Someone Might Not Appear

A few things can delay a record appearing in the roster:

• New arrivals and transfers. Processing after a transfer typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Check back the next day before calling.
• Release. If someone was bonded out or released, they’ll no longer show in the active roster.
• Name spelling. The roster uses the legal name on file. Try alternate spellings or the person’s full middle name.
• Federal hold. Inmates with federal detainers may be listed under federal records instead.
