When an inmate at Catahoula wants to call, they dial through City Tele Coin’s system. The call goes to the number registered in your City Tele Coin account. Without an account, you’ll receive collect calls at the higher $0.25/min rate. Setting up a prepaid account drops that to $0.21/min and removes the per-call connection fee.
Your balance draws down as calls come in. You can add funds anytime through the website or app.
