Pine Prairie ICE Processing Center uses Talton for all phone and tablet services. ICE confirmed Talton as the provider at this facility through its published national detention contract list.
Setting Up Your Account
Go to gettingout.com to create your family account. This is the platform Talton uses for family and friend accounts at ICE facilities.
You can also call (866) 516-0115 for setup help, or use the kiosk in the facility lobby when you visit in person.
If you already have an account from a previous facility, log in at intelmate.net.
Once your account is active and funded, the detainee can add your number to their approved call list and place calls to you.

Call Monitoring
