All visits are video visits using Renovo Video Visitation, scheduled online in advance. There's no in-person contact visiting room for family and friends. Use the lobby kiosk (cash or credit card) or deposit online through GTL's ConnectNetwork. Money orders and cash are no longer accepted through the mail at all.

Knox County commissioners voted in November 2025 to contract with Two Bridges Regional Jail instead of funding a 22% budget increase at the aging Knox County Jail in Rockland. The one-year agreement, running January 1, 2026 through January 1, 2027, has Knox County paying $293,450 a month, totaling $3,521,400. The Knox County Jail now operates only as a 72-hour holding facility, and longer-stay inmates are transferred to Two Bridges.
