Account registration takes 48 to 72 hours because Securus verifies your government-issued photo ID.
Craven County Detention Center operates on a video-only visitation model. Visitors do not come to the facility at all. You connect through the Securus video platform from wherever you are. This means no travel, no parking, and no security screening at the door. The tradeoff is that you need a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.

Once your account is active, log in and schedule a visit at least 24 hours in advance. Choose the facility (Craven County Detention Center) and select an available time slot.
