Two Types of Visits

The High Point Detention Center offers two distinct visit options. Both require registration through IWebVisit.com before you can schedule anything.

In-person visits happen at the facility at 507 E. Green Drive in High Point. You visit through a monitor system. You and the person in custody are in separate areas and communicate through a video screen. These visits are free and run Tuesday through Friday in two sessions per day.

Remote video visits happen from home. You use IWebVisit.com on a personal smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone. These visits cost a fee set by IWebVisit and run up to 2 times per day, 20 minutes each.

The 24-hour registration wait applies to both types. If your family member was just arrested, register right away so the wait period starts immediately.
