What the Search Shows

A search result typically shows:

• Name and OPUS number: the unique ID number assigned by NC DAC

• Sentence information: offense, conviction date, projected release date if applicable

The OPUS number is the most important piece of information. Save it. You need it every time you send money, address mail, or complete a visitor application.
