Delaware County Jail Mailing Address

The Address

[Full Name]
Delaware County Correctional Facility
280 Phoebe Lane, Suite 6
Delhi, NY 13753

Every letter needs a return address with the sender’s name, full address and ZIP code. Mail is delivered within 24 hours of arriving, unless it holds contraband.

Photos

Photos must be store printed. People can keep unlimited photos.

Packages From Sellers Only

Packages must come from a company that sells and ships the items, such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Only these come in by package:

• Newspapers
• Magazines
• Soft-covered books
• Store-printed photos

Everything else comes through commissary. People can keep 6 magazines, newspapers or books at a time; a Bible, Torah or Quran does not count toward that.

Money in the Mail

Checks and money orders sent by mail go into the person’s account with a 10-day hold. A money order with no name or address may be returned or put in property.

Legal Mail

Legal mail is opened only in front of the person it is for.

No Limit on Photos Kept

Photos have to be store printed, and there’s no cap on how many they can keep. Pigeonly takes pictures you choose on your phone, prints them, and sends them to 280 Phoebe Lane.
