Arrive 30 Minutes Early

Every visitor must arrive 30 minutes before the visit starts. Anyone later is turned away, and no one else can sign in.

ID Every Time

Bring valid government photo ID, such as a driver’s license, non-driver ID or military ID, every time you visit.

Children

Visitors under 18 bring an original or certified birth certificate that names the parent who is with them, and that parent shows photo ID. Under-18s must be with an adult or have prior approval from the Jail Administrator.

Video Chats

People held can make video chats of up to 20 minutes on tablets, in the program room. Tablets run from 8 AM to 9:45 PM.

When You Can’t Make the Weekend Slot

Each housing unit gets one hour on Saturday and one on Sunday, and arriving late means no visit. Between those hours, Pigeonly lets you write from your phone, and we print the letter and mail it to the jail in Delhi.
