Commissary money at the Steuben County Jail has to land by Tuesday to make that Friday's order, and a money order goes to Bath, never to the Syracuse mail box. Connect with your loved one in minutes.

The Steuben County Jail takes commissary money two ways: through Access Corrections, online, by phone or at a kiosk, or as a cashier’s check or money order in the person’s name mailed to the jail in Bath. Money must arrive by Tuesday for that Friday’s commissary delivery.
The Sheriff lists two ways to fund a commissary account.
| Route | How |
|---|---|
| By mail | A cashier’s check or money order in the person’s name, sent to the jail |
| Access Corrections | Online, by phone on 866-345-1884, or at more than 800 kiosk locations |
People order commissary once a week. Money must be received by Tuesday for the order to be delivered that Friday. Anything later waits a week.
The Syracuse box is a letter-scanning address. Checks and money orders sent there go the wrong way. Post them to the jail:

Ordered through mycarepack, these do not come out of the account.
The Sheriff has a separate bail page, and arraignment often happens at the jail itself. Call 607-622-3906 for an amount.
Pigeonly sends printed photos and letters from your phone to the Syracuse scanning box, which is the part a deposit cannot cover.
