Setting Up Phone Calls

Create a JPay account. Sign up for free at jpay.com or through the JPay mobile app.
Search for the inmate. Enter the inmate’s full name and ID number as it appears in the ODOC system.
Add funds. Buy prepaid calling credits with a debit or credit card. Credits usually appear in the account within minutes.
Place the call. When the inmate calls out, you’ll get an automated notification. Answer through your registered phone number.

Prepaid Account Rules

Credits don’t expire as long as the account stays active.
Unused credits are non-refundable.
You can’t transfer credits between JPay accounts.
If you share an email address with the inmate, you can’t use it for your JPay account.

Video Visitation

Some Oklahoma DOC facilities offer JPay video visits by appointment. Availability varies by facility and security level. Log in to your JPay account and check the video visit section to see what’s available for OSP. If a time slot is open, you’ll choose it there and receive a confirmation with a link for the virtual visit.

Call Limits and Monitoring
