Oklahoma State Penitentiary does not post a standing visitation schedule online. As a maximum-security facility, OSP coordinates visits directly through the ODOC Visitation Unit. All visits must be scheduled in advance, and your request must reach the unit by Wednesday at 1:00 PM. You must be on the inmate’s approved visitor list and bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Get the Visitor Application Form
Request it from the ODOC Visitation Unit, or have the inmate mail it to you.
Fill it out completely
Full legal name, date of birth, address, and relationship to the inmate.
Submit by Wednesday, 1:00 PM
Mail or deliver it to the ODOC Visitation Unit. Late submissions roll to the following week.
Wait for approval
Background checks are required for visitors 18 and older. Approval can take up to 90 days.
Bring a valid photo ID
Driver's license, state ID, or passport. No ID, no visit.

You’ll be searched before entering the visiting area. Dress conservatively. Revealing clothing may get you turned away.

VisitationSubmit a completed Visitor Application Form to the ODOC Visitation Unit so it arrives by Wednesday at 1:00 PM. The inmate can send you the form, or you can request one from the unit. Once approved, the inmate will let you know your scheduled visit time.
