How to Send Money Through CTC Commissary

CTC Commissary is the platform used by Kleberg County Detention Center for inmate money and commissary services. Here is how to send funds.

Step 1: Get the inmate’s PID number. You need this to complete any transaction. Find it in the official roster at klebergcoso.org by searching the inmate’s name.

Step 2: Choose the right platform. Go to CommissaryDeposit.com to deposit money into the inmate’s trust fund. Go to CommissaryOrder.com to place a commissary order for specific items. Both are CTC Commissary platforms.

Step 3: Create an account or log in. If this is your first time, you’ll create an account with your name and email.

Step 4: Enter the inmate’s name and PID number. Confirm you have the right facility before entering payment information.

Step 5: Select the amount and pay. A service fee applies and will be shown before you confirm. CTC Commissary accepts debit cards and credit cards.

Lobby Kiosk

A cash and credit kiosk is available in the lobby at 1500 E. King Ave., Kingsville, TX 78363. Phone deposits are not available through this platform. The kiosk is useful if you prefer to pay in person or in cash.

What Happens If You Enter the Wrong PID Number

A deposit with the wrong PID number routes to a different inmate’s account. Contact CTC Commissary customer support right away if you notice an error. Corrections are not guaranteed, so always confirm the PID number before completing any transaction.

How the Inmate Uses the Funds

Trust fund deposits give the inmate general spending money inside the facility. They can use it for commissary purchases, phone call credits through Encartele, and other approved spending. Commissary orders go directly toward specific products such as food, hygiene items, envelopes, and stamps.
