Before your loved one can call you, you need an Encartele account with your number registered. Here is how to get started.
Step 1: Go to encartele.net or ffportal.encartele.net. Both take you to the Encartele account portal.
Step 2: Create an account. Enter your name, email, and a password. Use the same name that will appear on incoming call notifications.
Step 3: Add Kleberg County Detention Center as the facility. Search by name or browse Texas jails.
Step 4: Register the phone numbers you want to receive calls on. You can add multiple numbers. Only registered numbers can receive inmate calls through Encartele.
