How Phone Calls Work

Inmates at Upshur County Jail call out through NCIC Inmate Telephone Services. You cannot call an inmate directly. When someone calls you from the jail, you can accept the call on a collect, prepaid collect, or debit basis.

Collect calls: The charges appear on your phone bill after you accept the call.

Collect Call Rates
