The Kentucky Department of Corrections uses Access Corrections (a Keefe company) for all money deposits at Lee Adjustment Center. This applies to all KDOC facilities, including CoreCivic-operated prisons like LAC. You can deposit online at accesscorrections.com, through the Access Corrections mobile app, or by phone. You’ll need the inmate’s full name and KDOC DOC number. Funds typically reach the inmate’s commissary account within 1 to 2 business days. Cash is not accepted at the facility window.
Access Corrections is a Keefe company and KDOC’s official money transfer platform. Every KDOC facility uses it, including CoreCivic-operated facilities like Lee Adjustment Center.
Step 1: Go to accesscorrections.com or open the Access Corrections mobile app.
Step 2: Select Kentucky as the state and Lee Adjustment Center as the facility.
Step 3: Enter the inmate’s full name and KDOC DOC number. A wrong DOC number sends the money to the wrong account. Double-check before confirming. If you don’t know the DOC number, find it for free at kool.corrections.ky.gov.
Step 4: Enter the deposit amount and your payment information. Access Corrections accepts debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. A service fee applies and is shown before you confirm.
Step 5: Confirm the deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation. Funds typically post to the inmate’s commissary account within 1 to 2 business days.
If you sent money to the wrong DOC number or the wrong facility, contact Access Corrections customer support as soon as possible. Acting quickly gives you the best chance of recovering the funds.
If money hasn’t posted after 3 business days, contact Access Corrections or call the facility at (606) 464-2866 (ext. 20000, weekdays 8 AM to 4 PM).
