How to Send Money to Noble Correctional Institution

Option 1: Online via JPay/ConnectNetwork

Go to connectnetwork.com and log in or create a free account. Search for Noble Correctional Institution, select the inmate, choose a deposit amount, and pay by credit or debit card.

Deposits typically post within a few hours. A service fee is charged per transaction and shown before you confirm.

Option 2: Lobby Kiosk

A deposit kiosk is available in the facility lobby at 15708 McConnelsville Road, Caldwell, OH 43724. The kiosk accepts cash and card. Have the inmate’s name and ODRC ID number ready.

Option 3: By Phone

Call GTL/ConnectNetwork customer service to make a deposit over the phone. Use the number listed on the connectnetwork.com website. Have the inmate’s ODRC ID number and your card information ready.

Option 4: Money Order by Mail

Mail a money order made out to the inmate to the facility at:

Write the inmate’s full legal name and ODRC number on the memo line. Do not mail cash. Mailed money orders take longer to process than online deposits.

What Funds Cover

Deposits go into the inmate’s trust account, which covers:

• Commissary: Approved items from the commissary store (hygiene, snacks, writing supplies, clothing items)
• Phone calls: GTL/ConnectNetwork call charges
• Other services: Tablets, email (CorrLinks), and other approved programs may draw from this account

ODRC Spending Limit

ODRC facilities cap commissary spending at $360 per month. Deposits above the monthly spending limit are held in the trust account until the following month.
